Snowwater is pleased to announce that a longterm contract has been signed with Tasman Helicopters. Tasman has been flying heli skiers for more than 15 years and specializes in catering to heli skiing companies. Snowwater has contracted Tasman Helicopters as the heli provider for the next five years. Are you Living Large? You only have so many days above ground so why not?

I am really excited about our contract with Tasman Helicopters. We now fly in the Bell 407 Helicopter. This is the quietest helicopter I have ever flown in. You can speak passenger beside you without wearing a headset. Hey if you want your own private ride we can even rent it out on a per day basis. You are going to love it.

Not to be out done we have completley refitted our Snow Cat with a new stereo system and guages to keep your adreniline pumpin while you ride back up.

As well I have been personally laying out the new road network for cat skiing access and it has doubled our accessable terrain.

Just a friendly reminder the sky is the limit and no request goes unattended at Snowwater.

There is no more exhilarating holiday on the planet!

Update on Fall Grooming - Extended Network of Snowcat Roads
Work is continuing on expanding the snowcat roads. Falling crews continue to work despite the recent heavy snowfalls. The road network will open up easier access to snow bowls and tree skiing areas. Effectively doubling the area that the Snowwater cat could access over last year...back to top

Winter Schedule - President's Day Weekend at Red Mountain
Looks like it going to be an early start to the season. Snowwater will open for business Dec 19th 2003 until April 15th 2004. This year Snowater will have a helicopter parked at the base of Red Mountain Ski Area from Dec 26th - January 2nd and the weekend surrounding President's day February 13th - 16th 2004. Snowwater will provide sight seeing tours and heli transport to our lodge for ski holidays....back to top
