From the onset of the pandemic, we have been hard at work developing and adjusting our new policies and procedures to best help navigate this unprecedented time. Together with Blackhomb Helicopters, we are committed to protecting our staff, our guests and the community from the spread of COVID-19. 

As we continue to obsess over every detail in all aspects of our business, we are diligently following the most current comprehensive protection policies and procedures to protect everyone in our lodge and office environments. We have adopted measures that are in accordance with guidelines set out by the Public Health Office of British Columbia. We do anticipate regulations and best practices evolving as the COVID-19 pandemic unfolds and we will adapt as necessary.

While we had all hoped that COVID-19 would be gone by now, we are again faced with new and ever-changing variants that continue to persist. We are adapting to the current best practices evolving and we will adapt as necessary. At Snowwater, we tend to obsess over every detail in general, and negotiating COVID is no different. In this type of business, we are accustomed to mitigating all forms of risk, and we take it seriously. Covid Cancellation Policy

We have adjusted our cancellation policy in order to give new guests worry-free booking for the 2021/2022 winter season.  In the event that any of the travel restrictions below are still in place next season you will recieve a full credit voucher:

• Canadian borders remain closed to non-essential travel from outside Canada.
• The quarantine act is in place, mandating 14 days of isolation upon entry or exit.
• Government-imposed travel restrictions inhibiting your ability to leave your country of residence.

We are currently reviewing every aspect of our operation in relation to COVID-19 and developing updated health and safety procedures.  With the development of vaccines now in place, we are extremely  hopeful that we will all be shredding the pow together next winter.
