Head Chef / Sous Chef / Pastry Chef

Snowwater is offering a unique opportunity to be part of our culinary team next winter. We are looking for passionate, talented and creative chefs to take our food program to the next level.  Inspired by an incredible mountain setting, the only limitation will be your imagination.

As a four-time recipient of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, Snowwater has become well-known for culinary excellence and incredible wine cellars. Catering to only twelve guests at a time, our lodge is an intimate but refined mountain oasis where guests come from around the world to experience epic powder dreams, with fine dining at the epicentre of our program.

After a decade of culinary leadership, our head chef Jeremy Tucker has moved on to lead the culinary team at O’Rourke winery in lake country, much closer to where he lives. We are so excited for Jeremy! 

Are you as passionate about food as you are about snow and winter, do you love people and being part of a team?  We are now recruiting new chefs to join our team and help execute our pursuit of gastronomic excellence.  We are hiring a head chef, sous and pastry chef.  The job runs from beginning of December to the beginning of April.
